Found the best salsa recipe after trying a dozen! Adapted from a local hospital cookbook, I've been canning it for years. My garden wouldn’t be complete without it. Even a food scientist tested its pH at work—well within safe limits for processing! Hope you love it as much as we do.

- 1⁄8 cup canning salt
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 ounce) can tomato paste
